Bismillah Airlines - Job Openings

Bismillah Airlines is introducing the Boeing 737-300F to its fleet, marking a first in Bangladesh's aviation history. To support this initiative, the airline is seeking a complete team of experienced crew members, engineers, certifying staff, flight operations officers, and key post holders familiar with this aircraft type. Initially, Bismillah Airlines requires four (4) sets of flight crews and engineers to operate the planned routes, along with two (2) experienced candidates for each nominated post holder role to oversee the management of B737-300 operations.

Available Positions:

Head of Flight Operations

Role Overview: Responsible for managing all flight operations activities, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, operational safety, and efficiency for the airline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee flight planning, scheduling, and operational control of aircraft.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ICAO, IATA, local civil aviation authority).
  • Monitor crew performance, training, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Manage flight operations budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to optimize route planning and flight operations.

Qualifications:

  • Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with substantial command experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of flight operations and regulatory frameworks.

Head of Safety & SMS

Role Overview: Lead and manage the airline's Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure a proactive approach to risk management and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the SMS program.
  • Conduct safety audits and investigations, addressing any operational risks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards set by aviation authorities.

Qualifications:

Head of Training

Role Overview: Oversee all training programs for flight crews, ground staff, and engineers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Role Overview: Responsible for safe operation of the aircraft, crew, and cargo. As the leader of the flight deck, ensures compliance with aviation regulations, oversees all aspects of the flight, and makes critical decisions to manage safety and efficiency.

  • Operate B737-300F in compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Ensure safety and efficiency during all phases of flight.

Qualifications:

  • ATPL with B737-300 type rating and significant command experience.

Type Rated First Officer B737-300

Role Overview:Ensure safe, efficient, and smooth operation of an aircraft. Working alongside the Captain, assists in decision-making, flight management, and adherence to regulations, acting as both a support and backup to the Captain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

Load Master B737-300F
